PCD AND TUNGSTEN CARBIDE DRAWING DIES FOR PROFILES

Shaped Dies for wires, bars and tubes of steel or non ferrous metals make the highest demand of different applications. Our competance lies primarily in manufactoring PCD Profile Tools. Especially with complex profiles, we guarantee highest precision and tight tolerances. PCD-Diamonds start when shaped Tungten Carbide Dies are not able to keep stable tolerances.

ORANIEN X-SERIES

X-ONE
The characteristics of our X-ONE Series is a special mix of different diamond grain sizes inside the PCD Blank.
A higher density of the PCD structure ensures more hardness and guarantees better wire surfaces with longer lifetime of the die.

X-S1
Specially developped in 1 mµ grain and produced under high pressure. The wire surface is brilliant and is comparable to nature diamond surface.

X-Performance
This Die-Pressure System is patented by the Company Vassena, Italy and can be used and distributed with our PCD Dies. The enormous pressure inside the system effects better wire lubrication for powerful drawing processes.

PCD-DRAWING-DIES

For a long time, PCD dies have been successful high runners in wire drawing. Long lifetime and stable production processes are guaranteed. PCD and special Diamond-coated Tungsten Carbide Dies can be unbeatable alternatives when Tungsten Carbide and other Hard Materials don‘t increase efficiency. With these materials, we are working for new solutions and better applications in Wire and Tube Drawing.
